SCROLL is The Scottish Romanian Language Link.
Every year students from different parts of The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (currently mainly from Scotland: Aberdeen, Glasgow, Edinburgh and St. Andrews) have been given the distinct opportunity of travelling to Romania to teach conversational English from 2 weeks to a month.
